I had the pleasure of participating in a charity auction for artist residency and and arts organization, Non Objectif Sud, last Thursday. It was a night full of beautiful works and plenty of fantastic people.
Artist residencies are something that have, in the past, really pushed my work into new realms that I would never have found without the opportunity to pause my life to focus solely on the creation of new works. These residency programs breathe life into the global arts community and I am honored to have been asked to participate this year in Non Objectif Sud’s annual fundraiser.
I would like to invite you to the first show featuring my newest works from my recent body of work, AXIOM & SIMULATION.
HARBOR Gallery, located in the heart of the up and coming arts scene of Bushwick, Brooklyn, will be showing works of my own and as well as works from two painters, Shawn Powell and Corydon Cowansage, in their upcoming exhibition titled Surface Intentions. I am very excited to be showing with these two incredible artists as well as contributing to this lively and youthful arts community right in my neighborhood of Bushwick. I look forward to seeing new faces as well as some lovely familiar ones as well.
